There are two parts involved with your order: processing time and shipping. The average time to process the Fine Art Print you ordered is from 5 to 7 days. If you ordered a face-mount to acrylic Fine Art Print, the average time to process is 7 to 10 days. Also an over size canvas or a large order may increase processing time. Shipping adds additional time to this.
Note: from mid-November to mid-January the processing time may also increase due to the holiday season.
Your order is packaged by experts in shipping so it is professionally wrapped and packed for safe shipping.
Your order is shipped directly from the location when the Fine Art Print is created. Within North America, Fed Ex is the shipper of choice and a tracking number is issued to you at the time of shipping.
Note: your order cannot be shipped to a PO Box so please provide your actual street address when you order.
Yes, just make sure the canvas is not in direct contact with water.
Yes, only archive inks and artist grade canvas are used. The image on your canvas is digital produced on inkjet and latex printers.
The canvas is stretched over 1.5” or.75” kiln dried stretcher bars.
Yes, a float-frame option is available. You can select a frame when you are selecting the Fine Art Print: click on the option to view how the canvas will look in a frame.
Yes, all canvas come with hanging hardware. Your canvas is ready to hang.
Original Paintings are shipped directly from Jim Pescott’s Studio. Jim takes the original painting to a shipper when it is wrapped and packed professionally for safe shipping through the services of Fed Ex, Canpar or DHL. A tracking number is created and sent to you when shipping starts.
Yes, hanging hardware is included and a hanging wire is attached.
The original painting is on an unframed 1.5” profile canvas: the edge is coloured black. It is possible to frame the canvas: we recommend a float-frame to display your original painting. Jim is happy to assist you with framing (there is additional cost for this) or you may prefer to use a frame shop you have used for other art you have framed.
Yes, the professional acrylic art paints used include protection against UV damage. Also, when finished, an acrylic varnish is applied to the surface of the original painting: the varnish include protection against UV damage. And it is always recommended that you avoid locations when there is direct sunlight when hanging any original paintings.
Yes, a Certificate of Authenticity is shipped with the original painting. The Certificate describes the painting and confirms it was painted by Jim Pescott. The certificate also provides information on how to care for your original painting.
